I've tried doing exercises! I managed to do it!!! My chest has noticeably increased!!! Firstly, swim more!!! Secondly, perform the exercises: 1) Stand on your toes and try to reach an imaginary star from the ceiling. I.e., quickly raise your hands up (Caught the star!) 2) Sitting on a chair, leaning on the chair handles, lift your body - your legs should be straight! 3) Sitting on a chair - spread your arms to shoulder level, then raise your arms up ("drawing" an arc). Your hands at the top should meet! When they meet, as if push them into each other and slowly lower. 4) Hands forward, so that the palms are facing up. Move your hands towards your back (you should feel the tension of the chest muscles) and back to the starting position! 5) Hands forward, so that the palms are facing up. Draw circles, sometimes large, sometimes small. I don't remember more exercises - this is from an encyclopedia. I managed to do it! And you MUST succeed too! Do the exercises at least 3 times a week! Not necessarily in order! GOOD LUCK!!!
