Ellanse functions as both a biostimulant and a filler. To simplify, a “biostimulant” is something that begins a response under the skin. Rather than just adding material to the body to “fill” in wrinkles, Ellanses lifting effects also result from an increase in collagen that is caused by placing small Poly-Caprolactone fibres beneath the skin.
