Avoid sitting on your buttocks for a few days after bum filler. It makes the filler very soft; you can still move it with pressure by that time. Sit on a soft chair or couch, if you have one, or lie face-down or side-lying. This will help it settle and not move. When you sit, have a cushion or special pillow between your legs and part of the chair to relieve some pressure. It takes roughly 5-7 days for the filler to settle down and stay in place.
