Seeking Advice After Uneven Post-Breast Augmentation Results

I don't want to scare anyone with my topic in advance. I just have some questions after breast augmentation surgery. After all, with your advice and experience, it will be a bit easier for me to go through the rehabilitation period, I hope for this. About myself. I'm 34 years old. I have a child, whom I did not breastfeed. My weight is 60 kg, height 168 cm, breast size before surgery was 75 under the breast, 86 breast volume (a small neat B cup). No asymmetry. The surgery took place on 20.07.15. The implant "Nagor", 420 ml each, round, textured. The incision under the breast, the implant behind the gland, under the fascia (enough of my own tissues). The surgery went wonderfully, I easily tolerated the anaesthesia, no pain, bruises, external swelling, heavy bleeding (I had surgery during menstruation, on a very hot day (plus 35 degrees)). On the second day after the surgery, after being dressed in a sports bra, a severe rash appeared on the body, in the chest area, and severe itching. After 2 days, the cause was established - an allergy (contact eczema) to plasters or a bra. I cured the skin (changed the plasters, I wear a bra over a cotton t-shirt, to exclude contact with the skin). After 5 days, after the surgery, strange sounds appeared in the left breast, it was sloshing in the chest, after a couple of days it passed. After 2 weeks after the surgery, the right breast became softer and slightly dropped. The left breast remains hard and stands in place. As a result, asymmetry is formed (at the moment). It turns out about 1 cm. There was no asymmetry before the surgery. My surgeon currently does not give any comments. I feel very insecure and am experiencing fear. Maybe someone reading my message had a similar problem and can tell me something on this topic? Who had asymmetry and who passed? The plasters were removed from the stitches 5 days ago, there are no scars, the scars are barely visible, as if there was no surgery. The breast is stunning. I didn't even think that everything would go so well. But this asymmetry is specifically scary.

Same situation here, nearly 2 weeks post-surgery, the left one's all fine, the right one's still high up( and somewhat not round, standing erect. I had Mentor 305 anatomical ones put in. Now I'm thinking whether to call the surgeon or if this is a normal occurrence.

I'm nervous too... it's been a month and a week and the asymmetry still hasn't gone away, one is like a push-up, the other swelling hasn't gone down and is 1.5 cm lower (from the bottom), the stitch on the swollen one has come apart a bit and there's a sore about half a centimetre,, I had a lift with an increase to 345 anatom... oh... I'm constantly googling and reading... they also said to use Longidaza suppositories.. Has any doctor prescribed Longidaza to anyone? What's it for? I just don't get it... it's prescribed for gynaecological conditions...

Hello girls. 17 days post-surgery. The left one is perfect. The right one - the implant is noticeable, the nipple is looking downwards. The difference is only increasing. Already 2 cm of asymmetry... Is there anyone with a long time after surgery? Can this even out? 😟

Hello everyone 😊 It's been 3 months since the surgery, and there's still asymmetry... at the first check-up, a month after the surgery, I agreed with the doctor that if they don't even out, he'll lower one breast surgically. Can anyone tell me if they've had a similar correction after surgery?

It's a shame that few people write about whether the situation has levelled out... it's been 11 days for me, my right breast is 1.5 cm lower, the upper pole of the left one is more filled. Plus, the right one looks bigger in general! The doctor says somehow the left one should "straighten out and come out", well I don't know how this is supposed to happen. Access through the armpit.

I had an asymmetry of 2.5 cm. They bandaged me for a long time, tried to lower it, but it didn't drop a millimetre. Then, after six months, they did a correction. It still didn't completely level out, there's about a centimetre difference at the top, but it's still much better.

I had it done a year ago. I didn't notice the asymmetry right after the surgery. It was about 2-3 weeks later. At the one-month check-up, the surgeon said "everything's fine, it's just swelling, wear compression underwear"... and that "you had asymmetry to begin with"... a year later, I showed him the same problem again and asked for a "correction" (which is possible), he again said "everything's fine with you - don't make things up". I decided to go to another plastic surgeon - to hear the opinion of another specialist. He explained to me in great detail "why it turned out this way" and what can be fixed. As a result, I'm planning a repeat operation in a month (they will remove the implants, correct the "pocket" at the bottom and put them back in. Again.
