Seeking Acne-Friendly Diet Advice Post-Plastic Surgery Recovery

I had a difficult adolescence, now it's more or less okay, acne appears from blackheads and KD. I'm dealing with the blackheads, it's very hard to get to a specialist during quarantine. I'm trying to handle red spots and scars. I'm really worried that it will all come back. After all, I'm going to see a plastic surgeon now, to remove the blemishes left by acne and I wouldn't want it all to repeat, adolescence was very tough for me. I followed a diet: Dairy, flour, fatty, sweet, etc. I started noticing what causes them, excluded some products. Still interested in a good diet for the future, so that acne never returns. I read somewhere that inflammation appears from chicken, as chickens are pumped with hormones, and then we eat it. I stopped eating chicken. What can I replace chicken with? Can I have turkey with acne? What meat can I have, vegetables, fruits, etc.? I don't drink fizzy drinks, alcohol either, only brewed tea, less often bagged, and freshly squeezed juices. Acnetics, what do you eat? I'm interested in opinions only from people with acne. Don't suggest cosmetologists, dermatologists, centres and don't advertise anything. Also, I have a bend in the bile duct and the doctor told me to eat more often, so that bile does not accumulate. Please consider this, I can't starve.

If everything's alright with your calcium, it's better to give up dairy completely. It's the main culprit for terrible breakouts. It's also worth giving up fizzy water, and only eat healthy desserts made without sugar. Exclude fried, heavy food, fatty and spicy. Stick to this diet for a while, and then you can slowly reintroduce such food. I once followed this diet very strictly for two years. It helped me, but I still had breakouts occasionally because the problem was elsewhere.

Yes-yes, by the way. Many of my acquaintances bought it, drank it at school. There was a girl who consumed fast carbs every day, ate several packets of crisps, rusks and even the teachers made remarks about it, and there's nothing on her skin. And those who gloat, they also have nothing.

By the way, half of those who bullied me are now miserable. They used to tell me that I didn't wash or clean myself because I had acne and blackheads, implying that I didn't take care of myself. I've always been clean, with a clean head and body, took care of myself, always had my nails done, smelled nice, and my clothes were clean and ironed. And those who said otherwise were themselves unkempt. 🤦🏼‍♀️
