Good day to all. I've been unhappy with my nose all my life. Large nostrils and a bit of a bump. I'm petite and against the backdrop of a small, thin face, this nose looks simply awful. It ruins my appearance. Has anyone had <a href="https://staging.harleystreetskinclinic.com/treatment/rhinoplasty/">rhinoplasty</a>? Are you satisfied with the result? Were there any complications? I, of course, understand that a lot also depends on the specialist. But I still want to hear what others think about this. I'm torn between wanting it and fearing it.

Go for it!! I did it a long time ago, in 2009, and I still consider it one of the best decisions of my life. My nose used to upset me so much, especially from certain angles. Sometimes, just seeing it would instantly ruin my mood.

I had it done 6 years ago, I had a bump and the tip of the nose was droopy. Plus, the doctor himself suggested narrowing it a bit (I went just because of the bump, didn't even know that you could lift the tip and completely correct the whole shape to an ideal one). I was very pleased with the result, there were no complications. As soon as the plaster was removed after 2 weeks - I went straight to work, my nose already looked good. The only thing, the doctor said that my nose was initially asymmetrical, but I hadn't noticed this before, and after the operation, I can see it myself, if you look from below, the shape of the nostrils. Well, and in the first year after the operation everything was perfect, but then a little bony callus grew at the place of the cut, but it's not really noticeable, I'm satisfied with everything. Maybe I'm just a perfectionist, noticing such trifles 😆 In general, the nose looks super, especially compared to what it was - heaven and earth. Every day I look at myself in the mirror and rejoice that I was able to find the money and time for the operation. But colleagues and friends didn't notice the changes at all. Only after I told them myself - they started looking closer and praised 😊

I had it done at 23. Now at 38, I sometimes sit and think, "How did I ever live with my old nose?" Everyone immediately noticed how much better I looked, but no one understood why. Millimetres make a difference in the face.
