Breast Augmentation Regret: Overestimated Size, Noticeable Silicone Implants

Happy belated holiday to everyone!๐Ÿ˜Š I'd like to hear any opinions (except offensive ones) on whether silicone breasts are noticeable in clothing from the side? After childbirth and breastfeeding, I was left with little to no bust, despite all preventive measures. I could hardly wait for a year after breastfeeding to have a breast augmentation surgery. I wanted to restore my size, roughly a B cup. They inserted quite small implants - 190 ml... This is just over an A cup, and after breastfeeding, I was left with an A cup, maybe a bit more. You'll laugh, but as a result, my breasts don't fit into a 34C! I have to buy a 34D, and that's practically a parachute๐Ÿ˜Ÿ I wasn't prepared for this at all... With my build, a D cup looks grotesque and comical. I try to disguise it as best I can with sports bras, but I think it's still noticeable in clothing that my breasts are silicone, such squashed spheres๐Ÿ˜Ÿ... I'm terribly worried about this, I feel ridiculous, and now I can tell whether all the showbiz characters have breast implants or not. It's awful๐Ÿ˜Ÿ Remove the implants? There will be nothing left of my breasts at all, make them smaller - the smallest ones the surgeon showed were 150 ml, an insignificant difference...

Perhaps you didn't need implants, but simply a breast lift. After breastfeeding two sons, everything was terrible for me, plus I lost 17kg, so my natural size became just an empty bag, into which I had to insert silicone. My figure is also fine, bust 98, waist 67, hips 94. I believe that at my height of 163, and age 39- everything is very harmonious ๐Ÿ˜Š. And you, OP, are just very skinny, hence probably such a contrast. I happily wear low-cut tops, and there is no visual feeling of unnaturalness. Even in a swimsuit, the implant is not visible, there are no folds or bumps on top.

Don't remove the implant, another operation, spare your health. Should have put in less to begin with, and no problem... When I think that I'll soon be giving birth, and then implants and so on.. I really don't want a prosthesis ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Under no circumstances should you remove it. Another surgical intervention, rehabilitation, and then you'll likely be dissatisfied again. Most likely, you've imagined all sorts of nonsense and are suffering because of it, but everything looks absolutely normal.

OP, it's probably all down to the fact that you don't have enough fatty tissue, so your chest looks as though it's separate from your body, as the implants protrude quite significantly. I have two friends who've had breast enlargements, one looks really good, the other like she has two balls under her skin, even in clothes you can tell her breasts aren't natural, even though her implant size is smaller than my first friend's. It's all because she practically has no fatty layer and the contours of the implant are clearly visible.

I have Eurosilicone 260 ml implants, round, of medium profile. Truth be told, I had almost no natural breast before the surgery. They were placed under the muscle. You can't see anything ๐Ÿ˜†, I mean, it doesn't look unnatural. But I have good implants, which perfectly mimic the mammary gland. I also think it depends on the method of installation, access, and other nuances. And a lot depends on your original condition too.
