26-Year-Old Struggling with Severe, Recurring Acne and Scarring

I'm 26 years old and I've been suffering from acne since I was 11. They come and go, each time worse than before. Now, my skin has stopped recovering and post-acne scars and pits are appearing. I was on Dianette, my skin got better, but as soon as I stopped taking it, huge, painful acne spots appeared with no end in sight. I've treated them all my life, ran to doctors, tried expensive and cheap cosmetics, a ton of procedures at beauticians, but all to no avail. I wanted to cry every time I saw my reflection. I'm beautiful, but my skin is worn out like a 50-year-old woman's. I can't leave the house without makeup, I can't tie up my hair because my face is a mess. I need to take retinoids as prescribed by a dermatologist, but I can't afford the monthly cost of medication and tests, plus my liver and kidneys are weak, they might not withstand the medication. I just went to the mirror and saw 4 new huge pimples on my face, even though the previous ones haven't gone away and still hurt, I'm just tired, I don't know what to do with myself. Then these geniuses "have you tried treating your skin? do you even wash your face with soap? maybe you should go out without makeup?". All my loved ones point out how my skin is breaking out, but what can I do. How to cure this. It would be easier to be born again.

My blood is usually normal, recently some neutrophils were elevated, urinary erythrocytes are elevated, prolactin is elevated (but I've been living in stress this year), and I haven't had the rest of the hormones tested, doctors didn't prescribe them (and all for 15 years). First, it was teenage spots, then they said it would pass after childbirth, then after childbirth - it's hormones, they'll go away, now it's hereditary - retinoids are needed. I've been to both private and free, local and capital city doctors (but for some reason they don't prescribe hormones).

Hello OP! I can determine - which elements of your body are associated with your problem. For such a determination, I need your permission. If, for example, you were to say: - I give you permission to determine the cause of my problem, then after some time I will write you an answer in this your topic.

Try to regulate your hormonal balance with vitamin therapy (read about it online), exercise, and diet. It really does help. And for spots, topical treatments with isotretinoin are very effective, for example, Retin-A cream from the pharmacy. The key is to apply and do everything regularly.
